About HandPrint
HandPrint came into being as a brand in 1998 with the formation of HandPrint Productions. HandPrint Productions is a training and consulting organization primarily in the childcare arena with specific training and consulting in the fields of human resource, small business issues and leadership. Bradley Smith, BS is the president and founder of the HandPrint brand.
HandPrint Products formed in 1999 to handle our growing line of products that had been created as a support to the consulting and training venues and events. Currently HandPrint Products has a child care training video series consisting of 27 titles, a policy and procedure system consisting of 7 manuals, books and other products including “101 Learning and Transition Activities”.

HandPrint Learning Center Management is a non-profit childcare and small business management company that provides interim to long term management solutions. A part of this management system is the patented HandPrint Enrollment Management and Scheduling Solutions System that continues to save the average client a minimum of 5% and upwards to 15% in payroll as a percentage of gross income. HandPrint Learning Center Managment can provide total turn-key managment services for child care owners or other non-profit child care centers who do not want the long term challenge of day-to-day managment. HandPrint Learning Center Management provides a tailored manaement structure that allows the parent company to provide vision, goals, and directives which will be met and maintained. In most cases HandPrint Learning Center Management can provide the center with very close to the same bottom line profit or expense/debt retirement as previously maintained and in many cases can even increase these amounts in addition to funding the expense created by the contract with the Management Company.
HandPrint Learning Center (s) was established to be a corporate structure for a group of child care centers. The philosophy of this concept is to give corporate management structure and purchasing power to centers while still allowing them each to have individual “community” and a “family” atmosphere. The Mission Statement of HandPrint Learning Center (s) "FFUN". Which stands for FAMILY, FRIENDLY, UN-EQUALED and NEIGHBORHOOD. Our initial location is at 24th and McDowell street in Phoenix, AZ. Plans are to add 2+ centers to the organization each year.
HandPrint Management LLC is the financial and investment management company that serves to provide the initial structure and support to the HandPrint Companies and Centers prior to them being strong enough to stand on their own. This includes the property management entity that owns and/or rents the properties which house the other HandPrint companies and their subsidiaries.
